VeriFactu Integration
VeriFactu is Spain’s new electronic invoicing and reporting system, introduced by the Spanish Tax Authority (AEAT). It requires businesses to send invoice data directly to AEAT in near real time.
Starting January 2026, all businesses will be required to comply, with penalties for noncompliance reaching over €50,000. Preparing early ensures a smooth transition and avoids last-minute disruptions.
Storecove offers a fully managed VeriFactu connection through a single API, allowing you to meet AEAT requirements without changing your current invoicing system:
- Validation: Every invoice is automatically checked against Spanish tax rules.
- Format conversion: Data is converted into AEAT’s VeriFactu format.
- Secure transmission: Invoices are safely delivered to AEAT in real time.
- Status tracking: Receive instant feedback and status updates through our API.
Avoid last-minute stress and ensure compliance before the 2026 deadline.
