As a Digital Marketing Associate at Storecove, Sophie Weinstein wears a lot of hats. From managing LinkedIn and CRM marketing to planning webinars and keeping an eye on competitor trends, her role is all about helping Storecove reach new audiences around the world.
“I focus on LinkedIn, CRM marketing, and competitor analysis to help generate leads globally,” Sophie said.
No two days look exactly the same, and that’s one of the things she enjoys most about her role.
A Global Team, One Shared Goal
Ask Sophie what her favorite part about working at Storecove is, and she doesn’t hesitate.
“The people and the culture,” she said.
With colleagues spread across the globe, every day brings new perspectives and experiences. Sophie enjoys working with people from different backgrounds while knowing everyone is working toward the same goal.
“I love how culturally diverse Storecove is. We have employees from all around the world, and it’s interesting to see how unique everyone is while also sharing a common goal.”
Making Technical Content Feel Human
Marketing e-invoicing isn’t always easy. Unlike marketing a physical product, Storecove’s services can be highly technical, which means the marketing team is constantly looking for creative ways to educate audiences without overwhelming them.
“Sometimes marketing a service can be more difficult than marketing an actual product,” Sophie explained. “It challenges us to think differently and come up with new ways to grab people’s attention while still effectively communicating what Storecove does.”
For Sophie, that’s one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
Bringing More Personality to the Brand
One project Sophie is especially proud of is the Meet the Team campaign, which she created alongside Lauren Kelly.
The goal was simple: put faces to the names behind Storecove.
Along with helping launch new campaigns, Sophie has also worked closely on growing Storecove’s LinkedIn presence. Over the past few months, engagement has continued to increase as the team has experimented with new ways to connect with its audience.
“It can be difficult to tell our story without creating information overload,” Sophie said. “Adding more personality to our content has helped strengthen our brand presence across social media.”
Finding the Right Balance
Storecove’s content isn’t just about promoting products.
Educational LinkedIn content helps businesses stay informed about changing e-invoicing regulations, while creative campaigns like Meet the Team give followers a chance to get to know the people behind the company.
“There is a fun balance between educational and promotional content,” Sophie said. “It’s important to share educational content that people can learn from, but it’s also important to showcase who we are as a company.”
Three Words to Describe Storecove
When asked to describe Storecove in just three words, Sophie chose:
Innovative. Diverse. Evolving.
As the company continues to grow alongside the rapidly changing e-invoicing industry, those three words have become even more fitting. Storecove is constantly adapting to new regulations, serving customers around the world, and finding new ways to support businesses through digital transformation.
Outside the Office
When she’s not working, Sophie is usually in the kitchen. She started her own baking business at just 16 years old and still runs it today. She also loves trying new recipes whenever she gets the chance.
Travel is another passion of hers, and she’s already visited some incredible places. Her top three favorite destinations are Japan, Australia, and Italy. Working for a global company has only fueled that interest even more
One Day in Someone Else’s Shoes
If Sophie could swap roles with anyone at Storecove for a day, she’d choose Maxime. Part of the reason is getting the chance to work more directly with customers.
The other reason? Paris.
“I would do anything to wake up and have authentic French cafés on every corner,” she laughed.
