A multi-network and global API solution

Certinia (formerly known as FinancialForce), a large cloud-based applications company headquartered in the USA, was looking for an international e-invoicing solution. After researching the offers of different suppliers, Certinia chose Storecove as its trusted provider.

Because of this, Certinia benefits from a ‘connect once, connect to all’ principle, which allows the applications company to connect with e-invoicing networks like PEPPOL, BPC (USA), SDI, GST, Tungsten, SAP Ariba, NAV Dynamics and more.

Customers will also comply with local (tax) regulations, such as SDI (Italy) and GST (India) without having to stay informed on all the requirements per country.

Sending & receivng e-invoices with Storecove

The integrated e-invoicing solution brought customers ease of sending and receiving e-invoices on a global scale, directly from and to Certinia:

Customers of Certinia can now be reached by any company that sends e-invoices over the same network. Received e-invoices will automatically be shown as a booking proposal in their Certinia administration, with the supplier receiving an automatic message informing that the invoice has been delivered. This process saves the administrative department a lot of time as no other means of manual processing will be necessary.

Customers that wish to send e-invoices can reach any company or governmental organization that has registered on a connected e-invoicing network. E-invoices will automatically be generated in the data format that the receiver requests. The ERP system of the receiver can automatically read the invoice and will have it presented as a booking proposal. As a sender you will be notified as soon as the invoice is delivered correctly.
